Pharmaceutical Compliance Notice

Nature of Services

Chalice Pharmaceuticals operates exclusively as a B2B pharmaceutical sourcing and procurement partner. The company does not function as an online consumer pharmacy and does not sell medications directly to individual patients.

Our services are designed specifically for verified healthcare institutions, including hospitals, clinics, licensed pharmacies, NGOs, government health departments, and other approved medical organizations.

We specialize in identifying, sourcing, verifying, and coordinating the supply of medications and medical products from authorized manufacturers and suppliers. Our role includes regulatory alignment, procurement logistics, cross-border coordination, and ensuring that all products meet quality and compliance requirements.

Chalice Pharmaceuticals does not engage in retail dispensing, public prescription distribution, or any consumer-facing pharmaceutical activities.

Prescription Products

All prescription medications offered through Chalice Pharmaceuticals are handled in strict accordance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations. These products are dispensed or coordinated only when proper authorization is provided.

Prescription-based products require:

  • Valid facility or prescriber authorization
  • Compliance with regional healthcare laws
  • Supportive documentation when applicable
  • Verification of institutional legitimacy

Products may require additional regulatory documentation depending on their classification (e.g., controlled substances, refrigerated items, or restricted drugs).

Chalice does not supply prescription products to individuals and does not process consumer prescriptions. All prescription handling is performed under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals and in alignment with legal frameworks.

Jurisdiction & Responsibility

All users of Chalice Pharmaceuticals’ services are responsible for ensuring that their procurement requests, product handling, and administration comply with the health, import, and pharmaceutical laws of their respective country or region.

The purchasing facility is responsible for:
  • Verifying that requested products are permitted in their jurisdiction
  • Ensuring internally that proper authorization is in place
  • Adhering to local Ministry of Health or NAFDAC/FDA regulations
  • Complying with import, licensing, and storage laws
Chalice Pharmaceuticals operates strictly within its licensed jurisdictions across the United States, Nigeria, and select West African markets. All sourcing, documentation, communication, and shipments are carried out in accordance with the legal requirements of these regions.

Cross-border shipments comply only with legally authorized pathways. Products that are restricted or prohibited in a given country will not be supplied, and it is the buyer’s duty to understand local regulatory constraints before submitting a request.

Data Privacy

Chalice Pharmaceuticals collects, processes, and stores information in strict compliance with applicable data privacy and security requirements. All data handling practices adhere to industry standards and regulatory frameworks governing pharmaceutical procurement and institutional healthcare services.
